What to expect

Expect a slower paced practice with fewer forms and a focus on muscle and tissue release. 

Attention is given to technique and alignment.

  • Restorative exercises are offered to safely release muscles, joints, and connective tissues while heightening body awareness

  • Classes also feature seated meditation and breathing exercises

  • No experience is necessaryThe instructors will always provide options for those just getting started

  • Learn practical breathing techniques and meditation tips to help with daily stress

  • Feel physically & mentally refreshed and revitalised

Who is it for

  • Classes are open to everyone regardless of prior training, age, gender or physical fitness

  • Especially suited for seniors, those transitioning from physical therapy, or those in a de-conditioned state of fitness

What to bring

  • We provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer

  • We provide some blocks and bolsters. You are welcome to bring any additional equipment you would like to use during class

  • If possible wear comfortable workout clothes and perhaps bring something warm to wear during rest. Change rooms are available
