Expect a slower paced practice with fewer forms and a focus on muscle and tissue release.
Attention is given to technique and alignment.

No experience is necessary. The instructors will always provide options for those just getting started

Classes are open to everyone regardless of prior training, age, gender or physical fitness

What to bring

We provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer

We provide some blocks and bolsters. You are welcome to bring any additional equipment you would like to use during class

If possible wear comfortable workout clothes and perhaps bring something warm to wear during rest. Change rooms are available
