Free Introductory Class to
You are invited to a free 1 hour introductory class to trauma-sensitive yoga.
You will get to experiment with a range of movements and breath exercises using trauma-sensitive principles. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions about the practice and how it might support you or your clients.
Places are limited to 20 places per session.
