Functional Movement
What to expect
Our functional movement classes bring together progressive exercise, yoga and natural movement to build strength, improve posture and support everyday fitness.

Classes run like workshops and explore variations of rolling, walking, crawling, squatting, jumping and balancing

Progressive exercises are also offered to safely strengthen muscles, joints, and connective tissues while heightening body awareness

No experience is necessary. The instructors will always provide options for those just getting started

Weather dependent, classes may sometimes be outdoors

Who is it for

Classes are open to everyone regardless of prior training, age, gender or physical fitness
What to bring

We provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer

We provide some blocks and bolsters. You are welcome to bring any additional equipment you would like to use during class

If possible wear comfortable workout clothes and perhaps bring something warm to wear during rest. Change rooms are available
