Yoga and movement classes
Classes aim to equip students with body-based skills to support physical and emotional well-being. Using a trauma-informed approach, we emphasis physical, psychological and emotional safety that helps students build a sense of control and empowerment.
We offer two types of classes, which run as 8 week courses:
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
Through mindful yoga forms and breathing practices, trauma-sensitive yoga invites and empowers you to safely explore 'having a body' and to choose how you want to move.
Functional Movement
Our functional movement classes bring together progressive exercise, yoga and natural movement to build functional strength, improve posture and support everyday fitness and well-being.
